I am undecided about my inquiry project and if I can realistically obtain a vegan diet. I fear that I will be unable to consume enough food in order to maintain my desired mass. I am going to make vegan meals for this blog but I will also eat vegetarian simply because it will be easier to obtain and might become a stepping stone to veganism. I will prepare a vegan meal this week and blog about it next week.

This will be a relatively easy meal to make and has protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats! I will make an excessive amount so that I have a couple of meals to make out of it. I hope to eat primarily vegan and by food prepping this will be more obtainable.
