I am finally developing a better sound from my instrument. I have tuned it again and I sound better so I think I need to be tuning it every time before I play until I can recognize if it sounds out of tune. I also have started using a pick and it is more of a harsh sound but allows a more consistent sound.
I think I a going to drop learning the song Adore You by Harry Styles. It is going to be too hard to learn all three songs. I do believe though that my progression is giving me motivation! I want to get better the more I practise, I am learning a lot. The strumming patterns are getting more familiar. I am also really practicing transitioning to the chord G as it is a little more tricky as far as finger positioning goes.
I think that learning this instrument is helping me with my knowledge of music but I do not know enough to be teaching students yet. I need to make my growth video still and I need to learn how to edit videos to that. I am unsure of how this will go but I am excited to find out!
